 Office360° provides safe, convenient and confidential destruction for all types of documents and media. From paper to microfilm, binders, magnetic tape and x-rays, your sensitive material will be kept secure every step of the process. Once the destruction is complete, you will be provided a certificate of destruction. Office360° confidential destruction meets all HIPAA, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, and FACTA regulations.
- For your day-to-day paperwork, Office360° will provide secure shredding containers at no charge to your organization. Depending on your volume we can provide executive cabinets, or larger 65 or 95 gallon locked containers.
- Office360° will pick-up your destruction material on a regularly scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly) or as requested by background checked and drug screened personnel.

Office360° will assign the size of vehicle to the scale of the items to be securely shredded. Unlike typical mobile shredding companies, we do not have large diesel trucks idling or operating on the side of the road. Our secure shredding facilities keep your documents secure, while reducing noise pollution, air pollution, traffic congestion, and dramatically reducing your carbon footprint. In keeping with our belief in the 3R’s —Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle, the shredded material is recycled.

Office360° secure shredding is picked up by drivers that you already trust to transport your most confidential material. We will secure your destruction material with the same care we provide to your storage boxes and back up media. Unlike typical mobile shredding companies that very often leave your destruction material on the sidewalk in high traffic areas accessible to the public as well as wind and weather, Office360° will pick up your destruction material, secure it in our locked vehicles and transport it back to our secure facility for immediate shredding.
